These terms govern your use of Longevity Assistant ("the Service"), a private, non-commercial application operated by an individual. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service unifies data from wearables and manual entries to display your training and recovery information, compute a readiness score, and answer questions about your data. It is offered for personal, non-commercial use by the operator and people the operator authorizes.

2. Not medical advice

The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Its scores and guidance are informational only. Always consult a qualified health professional before making decisions about your health, training, or any symptoms. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of anything the Service shows.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide access only to accounts and data you are entitled to use.
Keep your own devices and credentials secure.
Use the Service in compliance with the terms of the connected providers (Oura, Garmin, Strava) and applicable law.

4. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Oura, Garmin, Strava, and Anthropic. Your use of their data and services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time without notice. No uptime or continuity is guaranteed.

6. "As is" and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may change from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
